The AI-Agnostic PM
Workshop
Learn the DeDeDe Method in one focused day. Leave with a working workflow automation that runs on any AI tool — now and in the future. Guaranteed.
What You'll Walk Away With
This isn't a lecture. It's a build day. You'll produce real outputs in every session.
Your Workflow Map
A complete Deconstruct map of your most time-consuming repeatable workflow — broken into atoms, decision points, and data flows.
Your Automation Blueprint
A full Design specification for your automation — readable, executable, and shareable with any team member or AI tool.
A Working Automation
By the end of the day, your automation is live and running. Not a prototype — an actual, working automation for your real workflow.
The DeDeDe Mental Model
The thinking pattern that lets you apply the method to any future workflow — in any AI tool, any context, any team.
Automation Skill Templates
A library of reusable Deconstruct and Design templates for the most common PM workflows.
30-Day Support Access
Post-workshop support to troubleshoot your automation and help you apply DeDeDe to your next workflow.
Full Workshop Agenda
One focused day. Three phases. One working automation.
Welcome & Context Setting
Why AI-agnostic matters. The tool treadmill problem. Overview of the DeDeDe Method.

Break & Reflection
Review your map. Identify the highest-value automation target.
Lunch
Provided at the venue. Informal discussion time.
Phase 2: Design
Build your automation specification. Define triggers, logic, decision gates, and outputs. Template-guided, peer-reviewed.
Phase 3: Decouple & Deploy
Remove tool dependencies. Implement your automation in your AI tool of choice. First real run. Debug and refine.
Show & Tell + Next Steps
Each participant shares their working automation. Martijn reviews and gives personalised improvement advice. Resources and 30-day support explained.

The NEXT Morning Guarantee™
If you don't leave the workshop with a working automation, you get a full refund. No questions asked.
Most training comes with a "satisfaction guarantee" that requires you to jump through hoops. The NEXT Morning Guarantee™ is simpler: you build a working automation during the day, or you don't pay.
"Working" means: a real workflow that you run, that produces a real output, on your actual tools. Not a demo, not a tutorial exercise — your work, automated.
To claim the refund: email Martijn before 10:00 AM the next morning with a description of what didn't work. Full refund issued within 5 business days.
Martijn Versteeg
Martijn Versteeg is the founder of Group Effort, a product leadership training company based in Hilversum, Netherlands. He has worked directly with 286+ product leaders across Europe, helping them build better products, better teams, and better workflows.
Martijn created the DeDeDe Method after watching smart PMs burn dozens of hours on AI tools that changed every quarter. His insight: the problem isn't tool proficiency — it's the absence of a method for thinking about automation.
He is the organiser of the PMC (Product Management Conference) series and has run training programmes for product teams at companies across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.

Common Workshop Questions
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The DeDeDe Method is designed for knowledge workers, not developers. You'll build automations using AI tools and no-code platforms. If you can write an email, you can follow the method.
What AI tools should I bring or have access to?
You can use any AI tool you already have access to — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, or any other. The point of the DeDeDe Method is that it works with all of them. Bring your laptop and your favourite tool.
What workflow should I bring to automate?
Think of the task you do most often that feels manual and repetitive. Common choices: writing stakeholder updates, creating sprint summaries, processing customer feedback, drafting PRDs or user stories, preparing for weekly reviews. The more specific, the better — you'll Deconstruct it in the first session.
Is this workshop available in Dutch?
The workshop is conducted in English to serve the international PM community in the Netherlands. Martijn is Dutch and all Q&A and discussions can happen in Dutch. Materials are in English.
